You Don’t Have to Hold it All Alone.
This is an intergenerational space for Black women and femmes to come together to recharge, reconnect, and root into what truly sustains us.
So many of us have been taught to keep pushing, even when we’re running on empty. This group is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and learn practical body-based tools that help you meet life with more steadiness and ease.
What We’ll Do Together
Each week, we’ll blend conversation with somatic practices so you’re not just talking about change — you’re experiencing it in real time.
Through gentle movement, grounding rituals, and shared wisdom, you’ll learn:
How to recognize when your body is in survival mode
Simple, repeatable ways to bring your nervous system back to center
How to listen to your body’s cues without judgment
Practices for resting without guilt and setting boundaries without collapse
How to carry a felt sense of safety into your daily life
What You’ll Leave With
By the end of our 6 weeks, you can expect to feel:
More anchored and less reactive, even in stressful moments
Clearer on what your body needs — and more able to give it
Supported by a community that understands your lived experience
Equipped with a toolkit of somatic practices you can return to anytime
